P6 Values Assessment

The Potentia P6 Values Assessment evaluates the standards and principles upon which we base our life choices, otherwise known as our core values. They determine the basis for many of our responses and actions throughout life, and of course, at work.

Our Values Are Another Primary Motivator for our Attitudes and Actions.

This values model has enabled a wide variety of people around the world to better understand themselves and others. it focuses on values as one or the critical factors shaping human behavior, as well as influencing our judgments in terms of:

  • People, relationships, reputation
  • Products, tasks, results
  • Issues, problems, risks
  • Events, goals, vision

Values Are Critical to Understanding the WHOLE PERSON

Values are an essential part of the P6 WHOLE PERSON model and are often known as the “silent motivator” because of the less visible ways they are demonstrated. This motivational component is one of six behavioral factors that provide us with a comprehensive understanding of ourselves and others.

Of course, Values alone are not enough since they are only 1 of 3 primary MOTIVATORS that drive why we do what we do.

An Analysis that Focuses on
Life Priorities.

Throughout time, values have been a primary motivator of individual and group behavior. Yet, because much of our value systems are “socialized values,” we often are unclear on why we believe what we believe. Our values analysis offers us the opportunity:
  • To clarify our values priorities and how to best live them.
  • To understand key aspects of compatibility, as well as conflict/tension with others.
  • To increase our ability to identify and effectively work with people of all values perspectives.

We Must Understand
Values Alignment

A key dimension for better understanding personal values is the intensity, or strength, of our beliefs and disbeliefs. This shows up in the alignment between what we say and what we do.

Those individuals with clear, strong values patterns are more likely to “practice what they preach.” Especially in less favorable situations when values-based decisions and actions are often most critical.

We have worked with Quinny for over 15 years. He has coached and helped us grow into a multifaceted, cohesive company with a strong management team. His unique and methodical approach to guiding the team to success has been a great learning experience for each of us, both professionally and personally.
