Leigh Quinn has been a highly sought-after consultant and executive coach for over 20 years. Previously, he was the President & CEO of an international chemicals company. He has focused on developing high-performance, principle-based management and management teams. Combining his executive management experience with leadership and change management expertise, Leigh works with CEOs and senior management teams to address the challenges of leadership, management, strategy, performance management and effective organizational change.
Leigh has twenty-five years of career experience developing, managing and assuming the role of President of a global specialty chemicals company. This has provided him with first-hand knowledge of international business dynamics and what it takes to make a business grow and thrive in a dynamic competitive environment.
Since transitioning to his own consulting business in 2002, Leigh has focused on human performance and organization development by creating discovery-based learning environments, facilitating workshops, and implementing performance improvement systems to optimize success for mutual prosperity. Leigh has worked with companies in many different industries, with sizes ranging from small family owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Leigh has also worked directly with Dr. John Kotter, an internationally acclaimed Change Management author and expert, helping to develop his Leading Change program. He has also collaborated with best-selling authors on Innovation to bring their products and services to market.
