Dave Wolff is a successful entrepreneur, investor, and advisor. In his 35-year business career, Dave has worked in several different industries in companies that ranged from Fortune 500 to small, closely held startups. Dave is an entrepreneur at heart and passionate about operations management. His innovative approaches and persistence have driven the outstanding results of his ventures.
From 1990 to 2012, Dave founded and built an industry-leading international electronics company with offices in the U.S. and Asia. While running that company, Dave was introduced to the principles, resources and tools created by Dr. Michael O’Connor, which helped create a highly profitable, all-win, values-based organization to drive his company’s success.
Since selling his company in 2012, Dave has successfully invested in and advised companies in several different industries. In 2021, Dave jumped on an opportunity to build a business based on Dr. O’Connor’s work to provide business consultants and company leaders with scalable, easy to use training, tools and resources to grow their businesses.
